I'm working as a senior lecturer in nursing at Jamk University of Applied Sciences. I'm RN, M.A.Ed, and also a doctoral researcher at University of Oulu, currently researching on how culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) nurses integrate to healthcare environments. I have experience teaching various subjects in nursing and guiding of clinical learning. For the better part of my career as a facilitator of learning, I have been teaching international groups of nursing students at bachelor’s level. My expertise in facilitation of learning include both technologically enhanced and in person pedagogies.

The Nordic-Baltic network of the English-language Advanced Practice Nursing education has good experiences of how Jamk’s master’s program can be developed even better to meet the needs of education, working life and health care stakeholders.
