8.4.2024The experiences of both community health workers (CHWs) and service users were positive. CHWs clearly saw the contribution to their communities and doing the suggested exercise programs from the application enabled service users to resume their daily activities. The interviews highlighted opportunities to increase rehabilitation access in primary care using innovative digital solutions. Even small improvements in access to evidence-based services have the potential to have a significant impact when scaled to the wider society.
