I work as a senior lecturer and academic coordinator in Tourism management -program in School of Business, Jamk University of Applied Sciences. I am especially interested in service development – service- and experience design, and topics related to accommodation management. In “Business opportunities for sustainability transformation experiences in the travel industry” -project, funded by Business Finland, I worked as an expert in service design processes with tourism companies towards transformative tourism services.
