Niina Kemppainen

I work as a specialist in assessment of service needs at the North Ostrobothnia TE Office (Public Employment Office). My tasks are customer service and guidance for job seekers. They include analyzing the job search situation and assessment of service needs, professional and job search skills as well as ability to work. I provide guidance in job search and services. I’m especially interested in guidance for persons with partial working ability. This article is based on a development task during my specialist training for career guidance and counselling (60 ECTS).
