I'm working as a Senior Lecturer in Jamk´s School of Professional Teacher Education, specializing in teacher training, special education teacher training, and continuing education. My work at Jamk University of Applied Sciences mainly involves implementing various in-service training programs for vocational special education teachers, projects related to gender equality and equity, and developing multidisciplinary networking.
I have worked as a project manager in several RDI (Research, Development, and Innovation) projects. Currently, I am the project manager for the Erasmus+ PLASE project, which focuses on developing place-based pedagogy. Previously, I have been involved in international projects developing ludodidactics, which is the design of teaching through game-based thinking. I have also experience working in the TECIP (Teacher Educators in Higher Education as Catalysts) project in Ethiopia and as a visiting lecturer at Masaryk University (Czechia).
