I'm working as a senior lecturer in nursing at Jamk University of Applied Sciences. I'm MSc in Nursing (leadership and management), RN and PhD student. My current teaching areas include acute and operative nursing care and clinical skills. I have extensive knowledge about vascular nursing, nursing documentation, and postoperative pain management and assessment. The main themes of my future PhD dissertation are pain nursing care and pain documentation. My expertise includes also nursing management and leadership and research skills, and I have work experience in process development and evidence-based nursing implementation.
