I work as a doctoral researcher at the Micro Entrepreneurship Center MicroENTRE within the Kerttu Saalasti Institute at the University of Oulu. I have diverse business experience in management consulting, coaching, training, and financial planning tasks. In my doctoral dissertation, I am researching entrepreneurs' resilience and related skills.
