I work as an ESG Manager at the timber harvesting company Metsä Multia. My educational background is in forestry, with a Bachelor of Natural Resources (UAS) degree. My work focuses on timber harvesting quality, safety, and responsibility, as well as information management, competence development, and executive team collaboration.
I monitor developments in the industry and assess the impacts of change on the company’s operations. My responsibilities also include performance measurement, analysis, reporting, and the preparation and monitoring of development actions. I support a good working environment and smooth workflows and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
