I work as a Senior Lecturer in Tourism at Jamk School of Business and as a specialist on the TyhyTeko project (2024–2027). My areas of expertise include the application of technology, user‑ and customer‑driven development, business expertise in the hospitality sector, as well as competence development and process modelling.
