Ari Hyyryläinen

I work as a teacher trainer at Jamk's School of Professional Teacher Education. I have a Master of Education degree. My job involves guiding my own regional group towards the work of a teacher. I act as the leader of the pedagogical leadership team and in this capacity I collaborate with the Institute of Educational Leadership at the University of Jyväskylä. Within Jyväskylä University of Applied Sciences, I have been launching a mentoring program for both new and advanced employees.
