I am studying physiotherapy at Jamk University of Applied Sciences, and this article is part of my thesis for the degree. I have graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Sport Sciences from the University of Jyväskylä, where I completed my bachelor’s thesis as part of the research project “HDL as a promoter of oxygen metabolism – HiPrOxy.” I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Health Sciences at the University of Jyväskylä, with exercise medicine as my major.
