I am a Senior Lecturer at the Jamk University of Applied Sciences’ School of Professional Teacher Education. I work as a teacher educator as well as a researcher and expert in various projects. My particular interests include learner-centred learning, learning design, and well-being in learning. I hold a Doctorate in Health Sciences, and my doctoral research focused, among other topics, on psychological flexibility and peer mentoring in change processes. I have also been involved in evaluating and reporting on the development of Jamk’s mentoring activities.
