I work as a Senior Lecturer at Jamk’s Institute of Health and as an expert in the KyberSoTe project funded by the National Emergency Supply Agency (2024–2026). My core expertise and areas of interest include customer‑centred service development, customer experience and service design in the social and health care sector, as well as artificial intelligence, digital security, and digitalisation in social and health care in all their breadth. As an educator, I am particularly interested in learning design and learner‑centred pedagogical solutions. I supervise Master’s theses and serve as the programme lead and teacher tutor for the Degree Programme in Project Management in Social and Health Care (Master’s, UAS) and the Degree Programme in Digital Security Expertise in Social and Health Care (Master’s, UAS).
